We provide patients with a pen device for easy, self-administered injections once a week. Each 2mg pen device, priced at JPY23,000, lasts approximately 4 weeks. For those on a 0.25mg dose, it can last up to 8 weeks.

After consultation, we will send you the payment link to your email.

After your payment has been confirmed, we will send you the prescribed medication. It will be arrived within a few business days.
Please pay the bill within 15 minutes after the consultation. Delay for payment add extra time to get the medication.

Ozempic (refrigerated delivery)
We will ask your preferred delivery time zone when making a reservation.
But if you are not at home, the deliveryman will leave a notification in a post. Please read it and contact Yamato Transport for re-delivery procedures.
The package will be stored in a refrigerated freezer at the Yamato Transport office for up to 3 days, including the day of absence.

Meet Our Team

Dr. Yosuke Seki, MD, PhD:

Yosuke Seki
Dr. Yosuke Seki is a leading consultant bariatric surgeon and obesity treatment expert based in Tokyo, renowned for his extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in weight loss, metabolic surgery, and pharmaceutical interventions. 

Graduating from Osaka University and training in overseas clinical fellowships, Dr. Seki has established himself as a proficient practitioner and researcher, handling more than 2000 laparoscopic/endoscopic bariatric procedures and 600 laparoscopic anti-reflux procedures with his team.

His distinctive clinical and research interests lie in the impacts of gastrointestinal surgery on type 2 diabetes, particularly for Asians, and the surgical treatment of gastroesophageal/laryngopharyngeal reflux disease. Alongside clinical practice, Dr. Seki is dedicated to expanding the field’s knowledge, contributing over 180 original research papers, reviews, and textbooks in both English and Japanese.

Having sharpened his expertise and communication skills in Australia and the United States, Dr. Seki ensures a patient-friendly environment that caters to international patients at the Weight Loss and Metabolic Surgery Center. In addition to his surgical work, Dr. Seki takes a special interest in pharmaceutical treatments for obesity, such as GLP-1 agents, and microwave therapy for axillary hyperhidrosis and bromhidrosis.

With numerous accolades to his name, including the 1st prize at the laparoscopic suturing technique competition during the JSES annual meeting in 2005, Dr. Seki’s expertise is recognized by his peers. He serves as a scientific committee member of JSES and the chair of the library committee of IFSO-APC, further exemplifying his commitment to advancing the field of obesity and metabolic disorders.

Tomoko Seki graduated from Kobe University and has Master’s degree in Psychology.

At LSYC, she is in charge of counseling and administrative things.
